There is nothing more frustrating than having to hammer the old traditional saddles into the skirting of a wall. The occasional slip of the hammer right on the thumb, or the saddle breaking or splitting! Try hiding cables behind loose standing cabinetry - a nightmare at the best of times.
There is a nifty little solution in the market called Cord Twisties. The twisty consists of two rubber polymer antennae-like prongs on a flat surface with a stick-able adhesive at the back.
Mark where the twisties have to go; peel the sticker off and attach to the desired surface. Thread the cable through and twist.
Use the twisties for cable management behind computers, sound systems, and it is also handy if you want to brighten up an area with fairy lights.
